We accept returns only at the time of delivery and in front of the delivery person.

Please inspect your item during delivery — if something’s wrong, hand it back on the spots.

Once the delivery is completed, we do not accept any returns.

You can exchange your product within 14 days of delivery under these conditions:

💸 A delivery charge for the exchange will apply.

🔄 Exchanges are allowed a maximum of 2 times per order (but we recommend keeping it to 1 to avoid confusion and ensure product hygiene).

If your item is damaged or wrong, contact us immediately during delivery. We’ll make it right — fast.


🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

Used or opened personal care items

Customized or special order items

Gift cards

Discounted or sale items

 

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only offered if you reject the product during delivery due to damage or mistake.

If approved, you’ll receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
